WHAT’S INSIDE?

Tanner James (He/Him) is an actor, writer, and theatre artist based in New York City.

Raised in rural Kentucky, Tanner grew up a songbird first. His love for music eventually led him to the stage where he discovered community and himself. Tanner later went on to earn his Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford.

In his career, Tanner has performed regionally (Hartford Stage, Goodspeed Opera House), as well as across the world (Disney Cruise Line). Tanner has also worked as a background actor for Succession.

Tanner is currently working on his first play, a drama thriller entitled Hold Me Through It.
